Terms of Service

1. Service Description

QR PhotoShare, operated by EvenPath Labs, provides an event photo and video sharing platform. Event organizers purchase a one-time package, receive a unique QR code, and guests scan it to upload photos and videos directly from their browser.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a package or using QR PhotoShare, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Packages & Pricing

  • All packages are one-time purchases — no recurring subscriptions
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes (EU VAT handled by Paddle)
  • Package features (guest limits, duration, storage) are as described on the pricing page at time of purchase
  • Full Service print packages are available only in Serbia

4. Event Duration & Data Retention

  • Event duration begins at the time of purchase: 48h (Basic), 72h (Premium), 96h (AI Design)
  • After the event ends, organizers have 30 days to download all media
  • After 30 days, all photos, videos, and event data are permanently and automatically deleted
  • We send reminder emails before deletion
  • We are not responsible for data lost after the 30-day retention period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Contains explicit, violent, or offensive material
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate events that violate these terms without refund.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record
  • Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and compliance
  • Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase if the event has not been used

7. Full Service Print Packages

  • Available only for delivery addresses in Serbia
  • Print formats: 10×15 cm and 14×14 cm only
  • Delivery time: 5-10 business days after design approval
  • Additional prints beyond 200 are charged per piece (€0.50 mat / €0.80 premium)
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for data loss after the 30-day retention period
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the package
  • We are not responsible for content uploaded by event guests

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
