Everything you need to know about QR PhotoShare

Do guests need to install an app?
No! Guests simply scan the QR code with their phone camera, and a web page opens where they can upload photos and videos directly from their browser.
How long are photos stored?
Photos and videos are automatically deleted 30 days after the event ends. Make sure to download everything before that. We send a reminder email before deletion.
Can I extend the event duration?
Event duration depends on your package: 48 hours (Basic), 72 hours (Premium), or 96 hours (AI Design). Currently, extensions are not available — choose the package that fits your event.
What file formats are supported?
We support all common photo formats (JPEG, PNG, HEIC) and video formats (MP4, MOV). Photos are automatically compressed for optimal quality and speed.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use Cloudflare's global infrastructure for security and performance. Basic package events are PIN-protected, and all data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
